the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. the food was fresh and delicious with a varied menu. the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep and the room was very clean. i appreciated the attention to detail throughout the facilities.

I ate at all restaurants and liked each one. Chef Mahmoud at the grill was a highlight. Bars was great, including the ice cream shop. The gym had equipment for daily exercise.

The pool water was very cold .

The welcome drink was refreshing. i found my room included a safe and a minibar. These amenities were super convenient. the bathroom featured two sinks. This eliminated morning congestion. the balcony offered an amazing view!!!

A stay to remember

I was welcomed with refreshing drinks at the front desk, and check-in was swift. Mohra, the Guest Relations Manager, and Mohammed, the front desk Manager, were consistently helpful and cute. The variety of restaurants offered great food throughout my stay. Guests were treated to wine, champagne and cocktails during lunch and dinner. Everyone was helpful around the resort, consistently offering assistance.

The animation staff does not respect social distance, even when I indicated I was not interested in their activities. This made me uncomfortable during moments of relaxation. I wish more consideration was given to personal space.

The hotel is situated in a secure, tourist-friendly area, it felt really nice. Strolling along the promenade to neighboring hotels was safe, with visible police presence. I was very comfortable with its quietness.

The service quality was excellent. Mr Mohamed Esmail was helpful, also Mr Amir at the front desk was nice. All of the staff exhibited kindness and were eager to help making my stay better, than I expected.
